Non-Dual Healing

Non-dual healing brings together ideas based on Western humanistic psychology and Eastern Spiritual traditions. It helps to explain and understand the reality of how we experience life with its ups and downs both as individuals with our own stories and the influences of the society we live in.

The word ‘non-dual’ is associated with the Buddhist tradition of finding peace in a state of mind where feeling connected to ourselves as well as the bigger picture is deeply valued. We feel comforted, less isolated and more part of a whole.

One way of understanding the non-dual perspective is thinking of the glass half full or half empty analogy. In non-dual thinking, the glass is neither half full or half empty, it is both. From this view point, we are invited to be inclusive of our positive and negative experiences and thoughts and feelings. In the relationship between the client and the healer, issues can be felt, discussed, expressed and the healer can offer non-judgemental listening and support.

When leading a non-dual healing session, the healer will be very much working in the present moment, where we are not held back by the baggage of the past or fear of the future but just ourselves. In this place, the healer has learned a diagnostic process which leads to the area the client is working with to be seen, heard, discussed and held in deep respect and kindness.

It is a calm and gentle approach.

The session lasts for 80 minutes. It involves an hour of talking therapy followed by a 20min healing where you can sit or lie down.

Sessions cost £85
